Terms and Conditions

1. All our events are strictly over 18’s only.
2. EGT have a strict “no alcohol” policy. If we suspect a member of the public has been drinking alcohol or are under the influence of drugs at on one of our events, we reserve the right to ask them to leave immediately, with no refund.
3. EGT cannot be responsible if members of the public to no abide by the health and safety guidelines given on the events.
4. This event is an “entertainment” and by purchasing a ticket you are agreeing as such. Our mediums are high-quality professionals but we cannot guarantee that anything that is said is factual, nor should anyone assume that what a medium says is the only course of action available.
5. Some of our locations are not suitable for the disabled.  This will be stated clearly on advertisements.
6. If an event has to be cancelled, EGT will try to refund the ticket costs wherever reasonable. However, this may not always be possible.
7. EGT will not allow more than 4 people in a single-sex party.
8. EGT cannot guarantee that a “ghost” or “spirit” will be seen on any event.
9. EGT are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items whilst in a location/event.
10. You are expected to stay awake all night at overnight events.
